These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute an agreement between Fearless Minds ("Company") and you ("Client") regarding your purchase and participation in our online program ("Program"). By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

Payment

The Program price is as stated at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. The Company reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, even after payment has been processed.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the Program, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

- You must submit your refund request within 14 days of starting the Program by emailing hello[at]fearlessminds.se.

- You must provide proof of completed exercises to demonstrate full participation.

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of the Company and may be subject to deductions for external processing fees.

To ensure commitment, please do not enroll in the Program solely to “test” or preview it. Significant effort has been invested in creating this program, and we expect the same level of dedication from participants.

3. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION DISCLAIMER

By enrolling, you confirm that:

The Program may include exercises and discussions that could evoke strong emotions, memories, or reactions.

This is not therapy or psychological treatment, and the facilitators are not educated doctors, psychologists, therapist, or psychiatrists.

You are participating voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your well-being during and after the Program.

The Company and its facilitators bear no medical or therapeutic responsibility and cannot be held liable for any physical, psychological, or emotional effects resulting from your participation. If you have a history of or are currently experiencing mental health challenges or trauma, we strongly recommend consulting a doctor or therapist before joining. By participating, you release the Company and its facilitators from any legal liability for injuries, distress, or adverse effects.

If you do not accept these terms, you should not participate in the Program.

4. PROGRAM CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Program materials, including videos, coursework, text, images, and graphics ("Program Content"), are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Program Content is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any materials without explicit permission. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of Program Content is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

5. ELIGIBILITY

The Program is available only to individuals who can legally enter into binding contracts.

Participants must be at least 18 years old unless a parent or legal guardian provides consent.

By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

6. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Program without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that disrupts the learning environment. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. NO WARRANTY

The Program and all related materials are provided "as is" and "as available."

The Company makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the Program Content.

The Company is not responsible for any technical issues or interruptions in service.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Program is to discontinue participation and request a refund if eligible.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

​

The Company is not responsible for delays or failure in performance due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

​

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in Swedish courts, with Stockholm’s district court as the court of first instance.
